I need a sedagive.

Hm. I feel like having capitals in my life again. Or at least today.

My weekend has been chock-full of movies. Let's recap:

AWESOME MOVIES:
- "Night of the Living Dead". Viewed Friday night, approx. 10:30pm, with the missus at her house. God, I love zombies.
- "Young Frankenstein". Viewed Friday night, after afforementioned movie. God, I love Mel Brooks.
- "Velvet Goldmine". Viewed Saturday afternoon, after purchase in Berkeley, at approx. 5:30pm. God, I love glam rock. (and androgynous Irishmen!)
- "Clerks". Viewed (and recorded) Saturday evening, approx. 1am, uncut on TV. God, I love Kevin Smith.

CRAPPY MOVIES:
- "Legally Blonde". Viewed Friday night, approx. 8pm, per the request of French foreign exchange students at wife's house. Well, it was entertaining to mock...
- "National Treasure". Viewed Saturday evening, approx. 10pm, with parents for "movie night". It was like Indiana Jones, minus all the good stuff.

Whooo, damn. Lotsa movies. Many in black and white, too, it seems. And I'd say the awesome ones overrule the crappy ones. Other than that, not much to talk about. Washed the dog, then the car, on Friday. Haven't showered since, so I imagine I still smell like flea shampoo and tires. Spent the night at Jordan's, had hot dogs, much fun was had by all. Went to Telegraph Ave the next morning, for a short time, where I got my beloved "Velvet Goldmine" dvd (finally). No other news to speak of, really.

I've started reading again. I just sort of stopped sometime in June...don't know why. Maybe it was part of the school-purging that summer brings - after all, everyone knows that one of the top purposes of high school is to suck all conceivable fun out of reading. Or maybe I just plain didn't feel like reading for a while. It wasn't that what I was reading was boring - god, no. But luckily I've been able to jump right back in pretty easily. I'm ashamed to say that I'm just now finishing "Mists", and am only halfway through with "Pandora". Ah well. Plenty of time in the world to read.

Been having some craazy moodswings lately. Can go from giddy to depressed to raging to stagnant in split-second intervals. Very hard to gauge. Might have to take a break to reach equillibrium again, if possible.

GOALS FOR THE DAY: shower, laundry, make room not smell like rotting animals, catch simpsons and family guy. What an action-packed life I lead.

Think I'll go give that shower-thing a shot.
